Jiayue Cao (曹家悅) joins our lab as a Ph.D student. She obtained her Bachelor of Engineering degree in Food Quality and Safety from the Northwest A&F University and her Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Food Science and Technology from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She studied the use of infrared auto-fluorescence in diagnosis.
Jianfeng Zhang (張建峰) joins our lab as a joint Ph.D student. His co-PI is Professor Juan Li (李娟) of the Institute of Basic Medicine and Cancer, CAS, Hanzhou (中國科學院基礎醫學與腫瘤研究所). He obtained both his Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science and Master of Science degree in Animal Genetic Breeding & Reproduction Engineering from the Northwest A&F University. He studied the treatment of diabetes using a pharmacologic agent.
Juanjuan Huang (黃娟娟) joins our lab as a joint Ph.D student. Her co-PI is Professor Xiangyang Xue (薛向陽) of the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Wenzhou Medical University (溫州醫科大學基礎醫學院). She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from Jishou University and her Master of Basic Medical in Pathology and Pathophysiology from Wenzhou Medical University. She studied how gastric cancer cells are affected by human cytomegalovirus.
