The University provides discounted housing to staff members. A small shopping mall is nearby and the buildings are connected to other campus buildings by shuttles.

N22 Research Building
The N22 Research Building houses research laboratories of the Institute of Chinese Medical Sciences and the Faculty of Health Sciences.
Wu Yee Sun Library, University of Macau
The Wu Yee Sun Library is a seven-story building and the landmark of the campus. It holds 730,000 books and provides reading spaces for 3,000 students.
Taipa Houses
The Taipa Houses is a cluster of five houses representing the charming Portuguese architectural style. These houses are used as museums and galleries. Together of the nearby Carmel Garden and Our Lady of Carmel Church, and the wetland they are facing, the Taipa Houses has attracted large number of tourists.
Lou Lim Ieoc Garden
A classical Chinese gardens built in 19th century. It was purchased by the government and opened to the public in 1974.
A-Ma Statue and Village
The Statue of A-Ma (Mazu) Temple is on top of the Coloane Alto, and at the highest point of Macau. Nearby is a Buddhist temple, the A-Ma Cultural Village , dedicated to the goddess.
Ruins of St. Paul’s
Ruins of St. Paul’s, the symbolic landmark of Macau, was the southern facade of the Church of St. Paul, built in 1602-1640 and destroyed by fire in 1835, and the ruins of St. Paul’s College. The stone facade was carved by Japanese Christians exiled from Japan.
Guia Fortress
The Guia Fortress was built between 1622 and 1638. It is on the Guia Hill at the highest point of the Macau Peninsula. There is a chapel inside the fortress. Beside it a lighthouse was constructed in 1865.

The Senado Square is a triangular town square with distinctive Portuguese pavement style, characterized by the use of black and white stones of basalt and limestone. The Senado Squareis one of the most visited tourist attractions in Macau.
A-Ma Temple
The A-Ma Temple is built in 1488 to worship the Chinese sea-goddess Mazu.
